Returns

You can send them back by filling out our contact form. Please choose the option "Order return request".

Please note however, that returns can only be made from a value of goods from 150.00 CHF/EUR.

In the event of an incorrect order, an all-inclusive fee of 100.00 CHF/EUR will be charged. In addition, all expenses related to sending the goods back to the warehouse need to be covered by the customer.

Please note that customised or produced articles (such as cut-to-size items) cannot be returned.
