Our innovative range of elastomer sheets meets all customer requirements
Elastomer sheets made of a wide variety of materials are processed into high-precision static and dynamic seals as well as other products such as wipers, linings, spring elements, floor coverings and punched underlays.
Angst+Pfister has a very wide range of high-quality elastomer sheets made of all major elastomers such as NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, HNBR, VMQ and FKM. Wear protection plates, elastomer plates suitable for use with food and drinking water, and gas-resistant elastomer plates are only a small part of our extensive program.
NOVAPRESS® sheets
Soft material or fiber composite materials such as NOVAPRESS® are elastomer-bound sealing materials based on high-quality aramid fibers and special functional fillers. NOVAPRESS® products represent the classic in the flat gasket sector and cover almost all standard applications - whereby each product has special properties that make it predestined for use in specific applications.
NOVATEC® sheets
NOVATEC® unites two worlds: that of classic fibre gaskets and that of graphite gaskets. Thanks to their very high graphite content, NOVATEC® gaskets are superior to classic fiber gaskets due to their higher temperature and chemical resistance.
NOVAFLON® sheets
Gasket sheets based on modified or expanded PTFE are insensitive to most acids and alkalis over the entire pH range. NOVAFLON® gaskets can therefore be used universally for almost all media and are particularly suitable for use in the chemical industry. In addition, NOVAFLON® conforms to Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and meets the strict requirements of the FDA directive and the TA Luft (German Clean Air Act).
Cellular rubber sheets
Cellular rubber sheets are porous, closed-cell materials in various densities and materials based on natural and synthetic rubbers such as EPDM, VMQ or CR. Cellular rubber is air- and watertight and therefore, in contrast to sponge rubber, does not require an outer skin to be used as a seal.

If you only need a rectangular sheet cut or a strip, then just use our DirectCUT online cut-to-size configurator and we will soon be able to supply you with the desired cut. In our own punching shop, equipped with the most modern and efficient automatic punching machines as well as high-frequency cutters and CNC water jet cutting machines, every customized gasket contour can be produced and delivered in the shortest possible time.
When it comes to fulfilling your wishes, flexibility is a top priority at Angst+Pfister. Flat gaskets are manufactured from all common materials based on drawings or samples, true to size, quickly and precisely.
