Screw gaskets - a combination consisting of a metal outer ring and a rubber sealing lip

Screw gaskets are used for static sealing for screwed and flanged connections. They consist of a metal outer ring and a rubber sealing lip vulcanized onto the inner diameter. The seals are resistant to mineral oils and water. The sealing lip is made of NBR and the support ring of galvanized steel. Therefore, these seals can be used from -40 to 100°C.
