Hydraulic fastenings - press sleeves and press ferrules

Only the press sleeve and press ferrule are used to assemble the hydraulic hose lines. The press sleeve is for the low pressure range, the press ferrules for the high pressure range. Press sleeve and press ferrule must be pressed using a press device (machine) according to a defined final dimension. The roundness after pressing must be guaranteed, otherwise the hose line would leak.

The press sleeve and press ferrule are designed for the corresponding nominal diameter of the hoses. When selecting the press ferrule, the types must also be taken into account, as the types are specifically designed for certain hoses with maximum pressure range. Both types of fastening are available in galvanized steel and stainless steel.
